1. How does The Brewers' Table by Heyday work? The Brewers' Table is a subscription service delivering a curated 12-pack of Heyday beers every two months. Each box includes a selection of our core lineup favourites & seasonal releases, all in 440mL cans—one of each beer, totalling 12 unique brews.

2. How much does the subscription cost? Each delivery is priced at $120, which includes shipping costs.

3. How can I subscribe to The Brewers' Table by Heyday? Subscriptions open for a two-week period prior to each scheduled dispatch dates. During this window, you can sign up through our website. If additional slots are available, the subscription window will reopen for the subsequent cycle. Click the Subscribe Now button above.

4. When will I be billed for my subscription? Upon signing up, the initial payment is processed immediately, securing your subscription. Subsequent payments will be automatically charged every two months on the anniversary of your sign-up date.

5. What are the subscription windows & dispatch dates? Payments are made automatically and reoccur every 2 months from your first payment. The schedule is as follows: April Cycle: Subscription Window April 1-13, Dispatch on April 14 June Cycle: Subscription Window June 1-15, Dispatch on June 16 August Cycle: Subscription Window August 1, Dispatch on August 18 October Cycle: Subscription Window October 1, Dispatch on October 13 December Cycle: Subscription Window on December 1, Dispatch on December 15

6. Can I cancel my subscription? Yes, you may cancel your subscription at any time. To ensure cancellation before the next billing cycle, please submit your cancellation as soon as possible prior to your next scheduled payment date. Cancellation requests can be made through the "Manage Subscription" button above.

7. What happens if I miss the subscription window? If you miss the two-week subscription window, you'll need to wait until the next subscription period opens. If additional slots are available, we will reopen the subscription window for the subsequent cycle. Sign up to the waitlist above to hear when slots become available.

8. Is there a limit to the number of subscribers? Yes, to maintain quality & exclusivity, we are initially limiting the subscriptions.

9. What if I need to change my shipping address or payment information? You can update your shipping address & payment details through your "Manage Account" button above. Please ensure any changes are made at least 1 week before the next scheduled payment date to guarantee updates are applied to your upcoming shipment

10. Shipping Policy Delivery Method: All shipments are sent via NZ Courier, requiring an adult signature upon delivery. Damaged or Lost Shipments: In the event of a damaged or lost shipment, please contact sales@heydaybeer.com to arrange for a replacement or refund. Address Changes: Subscribers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is up-to-date. Address changes must be submitted at least 1 week before the next scheduled shipment.

11. Additional T&Cs Age Requirement: Subscribers must be 18+ Shipping Restrictions: NZ only. We use NZ Couriers Subscription Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew every two months unless canceled prior to the next billing date. Modifications: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the subscription service at any time. Subscribers will be notified of any significant changes in advance.
