Enkel, which translates to single in Dutch, pours a beautiful light gold colour. A distinct ester profile, from the Trappist-inspired yeast, imparts a complex mouthfeel. Finishing slightly dry, its refreshing character invites you back for more!
 
Dubbel 7%
Dubbel, the second release in the Odd Assembly series, pours a beautiful deep mahogany colour. The Monastery Ale yeast generates fruity esters which are complemented by a malt complexity. Notes of pitted fruits, cherry & plum in particular, are paired with nutty tones & toasted bread along with vanilla & alcohol warmth to round out this nod to a classic!
 
Tripel 8%
Tripel, the third release in the Odd Assembly series, pours a stunning pale-gold colour! Yeast-driven complexity brings forth mild spice & clove-like flavours along with fruity esters of banana & orange. Finishing dry, our tripel presents low malt sweetness with a full, mouth coating body!
 
Quadrupel 9.9%
Quadrupel, the fourth release of the Odd Assembly series, pours a deep mahogany colour. Warm bread, nut & biscuit like flavours and aromas are complemented by notes of raisin & cherry. Presenting sweet but finishing dry, Quadrupel is the stunning finale of our showcase of White Labs' Monastery Ale Yeast!
